Taverna Language Commandline tool - Pull request and iwir/ json conversion

Hi all,
I made the changes in a new branch and sent a pull request.
Please review them..

iwir conversion---
The *mvn clean install *works now as I updated the pom file.
But after creating the artifact, it can't find the class.

This is how I added the dependencies. The files are stored in
src/main/resources.

After building there are the jar files in the
.{project.build.directory}/classes folder.

What would be the reason for this? Are there any thing to be changed in the
pom?
