Description:
HBASE-19340 backported the missing option from 1.4+ to 1.3 and 1.2. However, we made a mistaken to COMPACTION_ENABLED.

arg.delete[COMPACTION_ENABLED] should be changed to arg.delete(COMPACTION_ENABLED)
