I see you use a lighttpd http daemon.
Our 'how-to-mirror'
http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html
says we require our mirrors to use an apache server.
Can you switch ?

The last rsync I see is on 2010/10/26.
Also, 4 rsyncs a day is max ; twice a day is fine.
