nodemanager log shows many cgroup files was deleted failed, this leads to  system cpu utility continuously rise, and system cpu utility will be normal.

2017-05-05 11:59:24,356 WARN org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.util.CgroupsLCEResourcesHandler: Unable to delete cgroup at: /cgroup/cpu/hadoop-yarn/container_1433401960005_3097222_01_000223, tried to delete for 1000ms
