[VOTE] Release Apache Tika 4.2.0 Candidate #1
A candidate for the Tika 4.2.0 release is available at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tika/4.2.0
The release candidate is a zip archive of the sources in:
https://github.com/apache/tika/tree/4.2.0-rc1/
The SHA-512 checksum of the archive is
0acea62e84b4cd1b6e2980ab7cebe1d903e7211817ef40cadf9f966ceb08629e029a7eca135eea616ac2236d17aa13e6836fac2eae150f41e60db8ddd43fa9cb.
In addition, a staged maven repository is available here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachetika-1136/org/apache/tika
Please vote on releasing this package as Apache Tika 4.2.0.
The vote is open for the next 72 hours and passes if a majority of at
least three +1 Tika PMC votes are cast.

Thank you, Adrian. That's a docs issue, not a blocker on the 4.2.0
release. I'll fix the docs on Monday.

I decided to look at the fix for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/TIKA/issues/TIKA-4984 in 4.2.0.
When I use the updated getting-started config I get this exception with
4.2.0:
