TortoiseSVN 1.7.1 export change?

It looks like exporting specific folder exports it's contents to destination folder instead of first creating such folder @ destination first and then exporting its contents to it as it was the case in version 1.6

The behaviour you describe was a regression introduced in 1.6.13,
and fixed in 1.6.14 (and hence also 1.7.0).

I am not sure how TortoiseSVN behaves in which version.
There are separate mailing lists for TortoiseSVN.
Maybe you should ask there, too?
