Separate Queue for incoming/outgoing mail

Hi there,
Is there any way that i can i maintain separate queue for incoming and 
outgoing mails, So that  i can perform different operations on 
incoming/outgoing mails.

There is only one pipeline, but it branches, so you just need to define
incoming and outgoing.  If you mean messages intended for local users and
messages for remote users, that is easy enough.
