Axis2/C Manual Formatting Issues

Hi devs,

I see that the Axis2/C manual has several formatting elements added by
Maven being committed to the Trunk. As you see, these may not be an issue
with this version of Maven, but would be redundant if we are to move to
some other version or content-generator.
