This recently (around july 23) started failing:

     [exec] /home/jenkins/tools/forrest/latest/main/targets/plugins.xml:374: Directory /home/jenkins/tools/forrest/latest/build/plugins creation was not successful for an unknown reason

I don't believe we've changed anything.
