[jira] [Created] (MYFACES-4294) Emoji characters are filtered in ajax requests in myfaces ver > 2.3.2

Mohsen created MYFACES-4294:
-------------------------------

Summary: Emoji characters are filtered in ajax requests in myfaces ver > 2.3.2
                 Key: MYFACES-4294
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-4294
             Project: MyFaces Core
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: General
    Affects Versions: 2.3.4, 2.3.3
Environment: Oracle Java 1.8.0 (latest build) on Windows, and OpenJDK 1.8.0 (latest build) on Cent OS 7. PrimeFaces 6.2 and 7.0 (both tested). Apache Tomcat 8.5.x and 9.0.x (both tested)
            Reporter: Mohsen

After updating myfaces from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3 or 2.3.4, emoji characters are removed in partial updates of ajax calls. Reverting to the older build fixes the problem. Emojis are replaced by two spaces.
