Two patches created for Geronimo samples 2.2 branch and trunk branch.
1. gsamples2.2branch.patch.zip
2. gsamplestrunk.patch.zip

This patch includes improvement and fixes as follows:
1. Add a sample DataCDInfo, which uses Struts1 + JPA technologies.
3. DataCDInfo sample includes use of configuring EJB security via annotation
4. DataCDInfo sample includes demo of using JTA
6. Add a sample "csa-activemq" to demo how to build a CSA via car-maven-plugin.

For 5th item, since current tomcat server.xml support has limited functions, I do not figure out a proper way to demo. I think documentation shall be OK.

For 7th, I don't have good idea to attach a processed plan into a maven repository. So defer it for future improvement. For now, we could document to guide user where to get deployment plan to run samples.

For 8th, it's invalid for Geronimo 2.2. So cancel it.

For 2rd, I will provide it a little bit later. The patch will include more databases support.
