VOTE: John Hawkins and Adrian Dick for committer

I'd like to nominate the following folks for committer status:
    John Hawkins <HA...@uk.ibm.com>
    Adrian Dick <ad...@uk.ibm.com>

Both of them work have submitted numerous patches and participated
actively on the mailing list. I was travelling and hence remiss in
following up ..

Here's my vote: +1 for both.

Sanjiva.

AXISCPP-76 bug - "? in url"

Posted by sanjaya singharage <sa...@opensource.lk>.
This bug has been fixed by Jean-Yves Baudy. This specific case could not
tested as the required enviroment required to test this could not be
reproduced.
This case needs to be tested probably Axis C++ talking to a Axis java web
service.

config and lib loading problems

Posted by Samisa Abeysinghe <sa...@yahoo.com>.
The config file setting is not taken up by the parser properly on Linux:

See the error below.

DLOPEN FAILED in loading parser library:
AXISTRANSPORT_HTTP:/home/samisa/autoCVS/cvsAutoBuild/bin/libaxis_xercesc.so.0.0.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Apparently it AxisConfig getAxConfProperty returns the line from axiscpp.conf unparsed.

Has this been tested on Linux.

PS: getAxConfProperty is not a good method name; This violates the Coding Convention : use
meaningful names.
