Where is "svn_load_dirs.pl" in 1.7.x

After upgrading to subversion 1.7, my installed "svn_load_dirs.pl"
started to fail and I don't see the script in 1.7, 1.7.1 neither 1.7.2.
1.7 documentation still talks about this script. For instance
<http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.7/svn.advanced.vendorbr.html>. But I
can't find it in the source and the (old) installed version is not
working anymore.
What am I missing?.
