   Dear Community,
   
   This is an RFC for verifying whether v0.6.0rc0 is good to go. The release candidate (release note, artifact and source code) can be find [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/releases/tag/0.6.0.rc0)
   
   This is **not** an official vote. Please help us verifying,
   
   * Incubating in name
   * DISCLAIMER exists
   * LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
   * No unexpected binary files
   * Checked PGP signatures
   * Checked Checksums
   * Functionality works as expected.
   
   For the vote (on dev@) afterwards, we plan to do it via github issue, which will be synced to email list. This would help getting more attention. Please advise if this is fine @markusweimer @sscdotopen . We do encourage people also subscribe [email list for tvm developers](dev@tvm.apache.org) by sending email to dev-subscribe@tvm.apache.org
