Testing OOO340m1 (Build:9584) On Windows 7.
When moving the mouse cursor over toolbar buttons, the buttons appear "pressed"
as if they are selected, not "raised" as they should for mouseover.
This is the same issue as the LibreOffice bug
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36613.
Raising this bug against 340m0 because there is no option for 340m1.

Mouseover effect on toolbars in AOO 4 and MS works
MS Works showing correct mouseover effect, compared to AOO 4.
Note that underlining is not turned on in either of these examples
