[jira] [Created] (INFRA-6469) Reset login for JIRA user Commit Tag
Bot
Mark Miller created INFRA-6469:
----------------------------------
Summary: Reset login for JIRA user Commit Tag Bot
Key: INFRA-6469
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6469
Project: Infrastructure
Issue Type: Task
Security Level: public (Regular issues)
Reporter: Mark Miller
The commit bot user account we use for Lucene/Solr has been locked out of JIRA.
When I try to log in with the bots account, it tells me I have to solve a captcha - but no matter what I enter, it will not let me log in.
I've tried to reset the password via JIRA, but oddly, the email for the user is set as: root-jira-commit_tag_bot at apache dot org - I don't recall how/why.
I seem to remember that super JIRA admins can reset accounts that require solving this captcha - can someone help us unlock the bot account?
