[jira] Resolved: (XERCESJ-816) encoding set using setEncoding on DOMInput is ignored

Message:

The following issue has been resolved as FIXED.

   Resolver: Michael Glavassevich
       Date: Tue, 21 Sep 2004 9:29 PM

Venu, you had fixed this particular case back in November of 2003. The encoding specified on an LSInput overrides anything specified on a XML or Text declaration. There were several other cases where this wasn't happening. Should be fixed now in CVS.
