[Fulcrum] What are the plans for a Fulcrum release?!

Hi folks,

what is the current roadmap for cutting a Fulcrum release (I think there 
never was one)

 From my point of view there are the following things to do

+) release fulcrum-yaafi-1.0.4
+) release fulcrum-dvsl-1.0.6
+) release fulcrum-localization-1.0.6
+) release fulcrum-testcontainer-1.0.5
+) update the fulcrum-security project to use hsqldb-1.7.2.2 to use the 
same version as fulcrum-hsqldb-service (Eric?)

Any other obstacles?!
