I'm facing the same problem...

Tried to run it 5 times already as some of people mentioned that it could be
a mirror issue. And running it multiple times could choose different mirror.
But that didn't work for me.

Any suggestions?

That’s unfortunate.  If you have Apache Ant, you can try downloading the
binary yourself from that location, unpacking it into a folder, and
running ant -f installer.xml.

Flash Player version 14.0
Creating Apache Flex home
Creating temporary directory
Downloading Apache Flex SDK from:
http://mirror.gopotato.co.uk/apache/flex/4.13.0/binaries/apache-flex-sdk-4.13.0-bin.tar.gz
Verifying Apache Flex SDK MD5 Signature
The Apache Flex SDK MD5 Signature of the downloaded files does not match the
reference value. The file is invalid, installation is aborted.
Aborting Installation
