DO NOT REPLY [Bug 49988] Suggested patch to fix project rename

Santuario is the Apache project name, but I have no plans to change the C++
library name. Actually, I'll put that more firmly...I will not. The Java side
is free to do that if they prefer.

I'm happy to change any references to the Apache project as a whole in the
sources, of course, and will check the patch for that.
