   Thanks @onichols-pivotal . I worked with @pivotal-jbarrett on this a little, and decided that this wasn't really a BOM anyway. As pertains to your PM about `netty-all`, we are going to try and make a `geode-server-all` that contains the depencencyManagement block, and the concrete dependencies themselves.
