Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-2159.

       Resolution: Won't Fix

This improvement request has been open for years and no-one has stepped up to implement it. As such, it does not seems to be a priority for the existing CXF community. If, in the future, someone would like to tackle this, feel free to open is and attach a patch.

> I would like to be able to throw an application specific fault when the request or response fails schema validation. Ideally, we could use an annotation or interface on the Service Implementation class to define the type of fault to be thrown in the event that a schema validation error occurs. If this does not belong in the CXF code, can you please describe how I could achieve the desired results?
