Jeffrey Manno resolved ACCUMULO-3161.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

The config/build scripts have been changed/removed in accumulo 2.x. The new 'accumulo' bash script does correctly make sure the accumulo-env.sh script exists and will otherwise exit with failure instead of running a bootstrap_config script.
