jsvc error 4

Hi,

Cant start tomcat 5.5.9 and sun jdk1.5.0_02 on linux Debian (Sarge) with 
jsvc

from catalina.err ->
jsvc.exec error: syscall failed in set_caps
jsvc.exec error: Service exit with a return value of 4
