I can't build or run any project because the pop-up shown in the second screenshot attached just sits there and does nothing for hours (literally - the current record is in excess of 12 hours). I get the same result trying the default "Hello World" classes in both JavaFX and Java. The first screenshot shows the JDK version installed. The third screenshot shows the hardware and OS info.
