[Jelly] Install problems

Thanks to the help received on this list I was able to cvsgrab the Jelly
source code, run "maven dist:install" (after changing maven.dist.install.dir
in the project.properties file) and that worked fine.

After that I tried to build the tag libraries.  I changed
maven.dist.install.dir in all project.properties files and then typed "maven
tags:build".  For some reason that resulted in an error (see below).  What
am I doing wrong?  What does the error message mean?
