Incorrect download link for Struts 2.1.8.1 sources

Hi everyone,

I just noticed that the download link for the 2.1.8.1 sources still points
to the old 2.1.8 one, even if the label says otherwise.  Sorry for the noise
as I'm not sure if this should go to dev, user, or JIRA.
