Cocoon 1.7.3 Problem???

I run cocoon 1.7.2 over weblogic 5.1 and it run fines.
I have installed cocoon 1.7.3 and I got a problem.

When I try to it an xml page with xsp, I am having a 
NullPointerException!

Any Clues...

Check your xsp:page -tag and make sure it has the needed namespace
declarations in it.
