It would be nice to have a Logger that would act like an OutputStream so that http://hive.apache.org/javadocs/r0.13.1/api/common/org/apache/hadoop/hive/conf/HiveConf.html#logVars(java.io.PrintStream) (and similar methods) can work with it.

Inspired by https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/branch-1.99.5/common-test/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/common/test/utils/LoggerWriter.java
