Looping - Please

Hi all,
 
Thanks for the help with my previous question; I have another issue that is a huge problem at the moment and I hope someone will be able to help me out here :
 
I'm getting the e-mails that I have already received , multiple times. If I sit and monitor the outgoing folder, I can see that the e-mails that came in "slowly but gently" appear here and get sent out and then come back in again. I'm sure it must be something to do with looping, but have too little experience with Mailing Apps to know.
 
Please help.
