[I] collect_set / collect_list return elements in a different order than Spark [datafusion-comet]

andygrove opened a new issue, #6796:
URL: https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/issues/6796

Found while enabling `spark.comet.exec.localTableScan.enabled` by default in draft PR #6780 (Spark 4.1 SQL tests and `[scans]` job). Part of #4347.

DataFrameAggregateSuite "collect functions", "collect functions structs", "collect functions should be able to cast to array type with no null values". Spark returns [1,2,3], Comet returns [2,1,3]. Needs a decision: sort in the test, or match Spark's order where it is deterministic.
