Open office cal support

Hi

I was wondering if someone would be able to help guide me on making a macro available on every mac in our studio rather than just the one it was created on??

I have googled online help etc but the option they are giving me do not show on my tools section, the version I have is Apache Open Office 4.0.0

Any help would be really appreciated!!
