[Bug 66352] New: slotmem_shm is causing error in apache 2.4.54 loading

I am in process of upgrading form apache 2.2 to 2.4.54.
I am getting following errros in error_log :

httpd server doesn't run whit the errors. 

I am not proceeding to prod to due to this issue.
