new groupid replication commons-math in org.apache.commons

I am cutting commons-math 2.0.  With this release, we are moving to
org.apache.commons  groupId.  Can someone pls set up replication so the 
release jars I put in the m2-rsynch repo get published?

Everything under org.apache is already synced
