[jira] [Resolved] (ACCUMULO-3625) IT's that restart processes should use a small zookeeper timeout

Christopher Tubbs resolved ACCUMULO-3625.
-----------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

Issue cleanup. This looks done, and there hasn't been new activity in a few weeks. New small trivial commits for 1.8.0 related to this can still reference this issue until it is released, but anything after 1.8.0 should create a new issue.

> The default zookeeper timeout of 30s takes a long time to detect a process failure. Make it shorter when we know we're going to be restarting services.
