The HTML spec actually says that it should be onchange (all script events are
lowercase) therefore Struts is doing the right thing.  On a side note they both
work on Firefox (which is based on Mozilla 1.6 so maybe the bug is actually with
Mozilla 1.5?)

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to resolve this bug as invalid so I'll leave that to
someone else to do :)  (Am I allowed to as a "pleb"?)

Hi,

Regarding the comment I made for the bug below, is there any "authority" 
required to set a bug as invalid or is it open for anyone to do so (with 
a good reason of course :) )

Just wondering for the future...
