[I] [Archery][Integration] Add option to generate gold files [arrow]

### Describe the enhancement requested
Generating gold files is currently a tedious (and undocumented) manual process.
Since Archery already has knowledge of these integration files and the various Arrow implementations, we should add an option to generate gold files using Archery.
