RE: OOB TDK/Apache configuration - I get it
Aha, now I understand. The TDK uses Catalina, which has this new
WarpConnector thing, and I don't understand it one bit. Ok. I have to
build that, and then, theoretically, I can make Turbine/Catalina work with
Apache. Am I right?

Subject: OOB TDK/Apache configuration
Hi folks,
I'm new to the list. Naturally I'm sure billions of people have asked this
already. In brief, since I can't access the server on which I'm running the
TDK locally with a browser, I am using the mod_jk Apache module to do it
instead, so I can access Turbine apps through Apache from a remote location.
How do I make this work with, for example, the included sample test
application in the TDK?
Feel free to refer me to a document I haven't read.
Thank you,
James Carlson

It's a freakshow coming out of GSP/Jserv into Turbine/Tomcat. Where have I
been?

You are right. That is how the connector works. However, the version of
Catalina that comes with the TDK is probably not going to work well since
mod_warp is still alpha quality.
Your best bet (for now) is to simply use the TDK to generate a webapp and
then move that webapp into a server that is hosted under Tomcat 3.x with
mod_jk.
