[RESULT] Woden M7 release vote passed

The votes include 4 binding WSPMC +1 votes and 4 binding IPMC +1 votes.
There were no 0 or -1 votes.  I have now signed the distribution files and
added a KEYS file, so I will go ahead with the release announcement.

Please note that so long as the project is in the Incubator, other PMC votes
are not binding.
