null pointer

I’ve tried this on 2.5 and 3.0 alpha 12/12/2006

 

3.0 alpha also destroyed the xls file

 

I’m getting a null pointer trying to get the cell.

 

Get data.zip for code and xls file at this url http://www.mediamax.com/hate12/Hosted/data.zip

 

Any help would be very useful!
