Oltu SVN relocated

Hi *,

the Amber SVN has been relocated to https://svn.us.apache.org/repos/asf/oltu as for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5772.

The problem with the specific .us or .eu URL is that the returned SSL
certificate is for *.apache.org and not for *.(eu|us).apache.org.

Another thing: are subscribers to amber-dev@incubator.a.o automagically
transferred to dev@oltu.a.o?

Both should work but the one without us is probably better :) (is complicated to explain why I need to use the us version at work :))
