DOMDocument tests failing even with LC_* set

Hi.

Tests 662-723 are failing in DOMDocument.t, even when LC_CTYPE is set to
en_US as the FAQ suggests (also tried en_US.UTF8).  All the other tests are
ok.

Do you have any other ideas?
