ASF NiFi HipChat room now available

Hey folks,

Thanks to the ASF Infra team we have a public HipChat room available.  The
hope for this is to serve as another avenue for communication as well as
facilitating discussion for cases such as those when something more direct
than GitHub comments is appropriate.

The room is reachable via https://www.hipchat.com/gzh2m5YML

Additionally, as part of NIFI-3802, this information has additionally been
captured in our "Getting Help" section of our README [1] as well as on our
page that links people to our mailing lists [2].

n.b.:  Would encourage capturing a summary of any pertinent bits or
decisions from such discussions in the associated ticket or issue where
possible to keep the broader community in sync.
