Log:
Removed unused file as it's actually deleted from target/classes by the update-bundle Ant script anyway, and having this file in src/main/resources and not in target/classes makes the Maven module appear stale and prevents it to be built incrementally.

Removed:
    incubator/tuscany/java/sca/itest/osgi-implementation/src/main/resources/META-INF/
