Help - Mac newbie - tapestry setup for testing

Hello,

I am a new Mac user and am trying to get Tapestry setup.

I have installed Eclipse and it is working.
I finally got Tomcat installed and working.
I have Tapestry installed and working.

What is the best setup to code in eclipse and test?
I am tired of having to move files from Eclipse to tomcat to test.

Hi,

Install Spindle (spndle.sf.net) and JettyLauncher  
(jettylauncher.sf.net).

Use JettyLauncher with Jetty and just run from within Eclipse, no  
moving of files required.
