Depending on machine/JDK configuration, output22 appears to be failing in 
recent code; however we haven't proven that the gold output is actually correct 
since it's in EBCDIC encoding (in some cases, there appears to be an errand 
linefeed or something).

This Bugzilla report is a placeholder so we can exclude it from the Smoketest.
