Data migration would only be necessary if there are file format changes,
which I don't believe there are any at the moment.  But you can't really be
certain about that until we get closer to a release of 0.92.

The coprocessor feature does break RPC protocol compatibility, so you will
have to do a full HBase cluster restart when upgrading 0.90.x -> 0.92.
That's about all I can say with certainty at the moment.
