Bigtop 1.2 status

Hi!

me again ;-) I'm happy to report that at this point
we've got all of the x86 platforms green on Jenkins:
    https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/view/Packages/job/Bigtop-trunk-packages-by-jenkins/

This brings us to our outstanding JIRA list:
    https://s.apache.org/4HYY

As of today there's only 3 blockers for the 1.2.0 release.
So here's what I'd like to ask all of you: please take a
look at the list and if you see something on it that looks
like a blocker -- make it so (with justification). I'll start doing
JIRA grooming on Fri and anything that won't be a blocker
by then -- is subject to being pushed out of the release.
