Doug Mayer commented on CB-11659:
---------------------------------
My apologies - after staring at this for a few days, we've found that it was caused by a {{background-attachment:fixed}} on our {{<body>}} element. {{scroll}} and {{local}} both seem to work without a problem.

> When launching the InAppBrowser on Windows 10, I receive a black frame where the browser should be. I am targeting 10.0 in cordova.xml. The same configuration works fine in iOS and Android.
> I have verified the browser gets a successful response from the server (via server logs), and even tried simple URLs like http://canihazip.com/s with the same result.
> I haven't found any JS errors in my console when debugging via Visual Studio 2015.
