   Changes:
   - Add 2 missing images in programming guide
   - Update all images to use a consistent markdown format
   - Update width of some images to fix distortion
   - Update all images to use alt text for accessibility (some were using image title instead of alt)
   - Improve existing alt text
   - Some minor line length/style tweaks
